22. Purchases

At Ultramarinesthemovie.com we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item (14 days for large items). Returns are accepted on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Sometimes manufacturers will apply a security seal to the outside of a box. If this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and we will not be accepted by our Returns Dept.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (eg: e-Books) where the item has been downloaded. 1. These terms and conditions are the Promotion Rules ("Rules"). By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. The Promotion is organised by CFHUL.

2. This Promotion applies only to the "Ultramarines" Special Edition DVD Collector's Set ("Promotional Product") and not to any other "Ultramarines" product. For the Promotion, CFHUL is making available discount codes in certain promotional material and at certain venues and events, as determined by CFHUL in its sole discretion .

3. You can only use the discount code when purchasing the Promotional Product on the CFHUL Website http://ultramarinesthemovie.com ("Website"). You should enter your specific discount code on the Website when you purchase the Promotional Product.

4. The discount is against the total shipped price, including postage and packaging for standard shipping, for the Promotional Product. (Any special shipping charges you may request, such as for a registered delivery/courier, would be additional).
